Survey Report

In 2023, the Trust carried out a detailed Matchday Experience Survey, and we are grateful to everyone who took the time to submit a response.

 

The 316 responses were reviewed, analysed and collated into document in this section.

 

The survey topics were wide ranging, covering such diverse activities as car parking, ticketing, food and drink, stewarding, toilets, announcements and facilities.

 

Whilst many of the issues highlighted have been addressed, others remain outstanding. The Trust sees this as a live document and will continue to engage with the Club to see what improvements can made, be they improvements highlighted here, at Fans Meetings or in feedback given to Board members.

 

If you have any suggestions as to how the Matchday Experience can be improved, please speak to any of us in Bar 94 before or after any game, or contact us.
