Aaron Doran’s Testimonial / Pre-season Preparations

Preparations are ongoing for the new season, with some new players already signed and much of last year’s squad returning for this season. The club has a number of pre-season matches lined up, with the full list here:

2025/26 Pre-Season Matches - ICTFC

Our first home game is on Saturday 5 July, which is Aaron Doran’s well deserved testimonial match against Ross County with a 1400 kick off, sponsored by Mackellar Engineering Ltd.

In preparation for that, our groundsman, Dale, has asked us to seek volunteers to help him with a general pre-match tidy up around the pitch at 1000 on Friday 4 July. If you have an edging iron or shovel, please bring it along too, but your assistance will be greatly appreciated even if you do not have those tools.

If you can assist, please let us know at info@ictsupporterstrust.org, advising whether you will be able to bring those tools. Dale will be very grateful to all volunteers.

Tickets are now on sale for Aaron’s testimonial match at https://www.eticketing.co.uk/ictfc, priced at £15 for adults and £5 for Under 16s. Home fans will be accommodated in the Main Stand, and if you want to join Section 94, they will be using lower B.

If you cannot attend, why not show your appreciation to Aaron by buying a ticket anyway?

It is some years since the clubs have faced each other. Both clubs have a number of new faces, and will be fielding their strongest teams. Aaron will be playing at some point during the game.

Bar 94 will be open from 1130, opening again after the game, when Aaron and some of the players will be in the bar. The Testimonial Committee have some items that will be raffled or auctioned, including Testimonial Shirts and other items.

As the circus is on at the Stadium that day, parking will be severely restricted at and around the ground, so please use the matchday bus service if you are able to.

It will leave the Bus Station at 1145 and 1315, retuning from the Stadium 10 minutes after the full time whistle and at 1700.

The fare is £2.70 single, with Over 60 / Disabled and Under 22 concession passes valid.

We know it will be a great day, and an opportunity for us all to show our appreciation to Aaron, and we really hope there will be a big turn out for a club legend.
