What an encouraging start to the season and a great September, winning all our games.
However, the season is a marathon not a sprint and, whilst the start of it has exceeded all our wildest hopes, we need to build on the start and, as fans, our role is to continue to encourage and support the Management Team and players.
We are seeing increased attendances this season to enjoy positive performances on the pitch, and hopefully that will continue as the season progresses.
The Trust Board met earlier this week and is making the final arrangements for the Cup Final Anniversary event on 10 October. We were delighted when Yogi confirmed that he will be attending, joining many of that great squad, including Gary Warren, Josh Meekings, Ross Draper, Aaron Doran and Carl Tremarco.

We were delighted with the response to our Prize Draw for the stunning new home and away kits. An incredible £740 was raised. The winning ticket was drawn on 1 October and the winner was Craig MacAuley: well done Craig, and thank you to everyone who entered.
One of the issues raised at the recent fans meeting was the matchday experience for fans with disabilities. Now that we have stability within the club, we are re-establishing our Disability Subgroup and will be arranging a meeting with the club soon. Whilst a couple of our Board members have experience of working on issues for disabled people, there is nothing more powerful than having the involvement of people with direct experience. Look out next week for details of the process for nominations to join the Trust Board. The Board members are all volunteers, and the strength of the Board comes from the diverse nature of its members, with their ages ranging upwards from 21 and with a wide range of life and employment experience.
